Message from our Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer

Safety, Integrity, Respect, Accountability and Care – these are the five values that are the foundation of our refreshed Code of Conduct (Code).

While we recently updated the Code to align with our values, the refreshed Code:

• points us in the right direction should we have questions or are unsure how to proceed;
• provides guidance on behavioral expectations;
• outlines expectations of our leaders; and
• explains our responsibilities under the law and our internal policies.

Navigating the complexities of today’s business environment while striving to do the right thing, ethically, responsibly and fairly is not always easy, but the Code serves as our guide – how we do something is as important as what we do.
