Q: What do I do if I lose my card or if it is stolen?
A: CITGO Plus and CITGO CELEBRITY® account members should call 1-800-756-2484. Citi® CITGO MasterCard® account members should call 1-800-241-8356. If you’re calling outside the normal hours of operation, and you have your account number and billing zip code, you may also report your card lost or stolen through the automated system by selecting the appropriate options any time day or night.

Q: Who do I contact if I have a question or an error on my bill?
A: CITGO Plus & CITGO CELEBRITY® - If you think your bill is wrong, or if you need more information about a transaction on your bill write to us on a separate sheet of paper and send to:

Write to us as soon as possible. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent you the first bill on which the error or problem appeared. You can telephone us, but doing so will not preserve your rights. In your letter, provide us with the following information:
- Your name and account number.
- The dollar amount of the suspected error.
- Describe the error, and explain if you can, why you believe there is an error.
- If you need more information, describe the item you are unsure about.
You do not have to pay any amount in question while we are investigating. But you are still obligated to pay the parts of your bill that are not in question. While we investigate your question, we cannot report you as delinquent on the disputed item or take any action to collect the amount you question.
