In case of errors or questions about your statement, invoice or bill, if you think that your billing is wrong, or you need more information on your billing, write to us on a separate sheet of paper within 60 days after we send you the first billing on which the error or problem appeared. Please provide the following information:
- Your name and account number.
- The ticket number & dollar amount of the suspected error.
- Describe the error and explain why you believe there is a billing error.
- Please enclose a copy of the statement or invoice which the suspected error occurred.

Q: How long does it take to process my application?
A: On average CITGO Business applications take approximately 14 business days to process. Mail time for card receipt may take another 7 days. When requesting credit accommodations over $1,000 per month it is helpful to include a current financial statement.

Q: How old do I have to be to be considered for a CITGO credit card?
A: The age of your business is important in considering a CITGO Business account. If your business is less than 3 years under the present ownership, CITGO will look for substantial financial capacity.

Q: Do CITGO Business cards provide mileage tracking for my vehicles?
A: The CITGO Business Select (gold) cards will track vehicle performance such as miles per gallon and cents per mile by requiring the driver to enter an odometer reading at the point-of-purchase. For more information, please contact customer service at 1-800-561-4991.

Q: How can I control driver's purchases when they use my company’s CITGO Business cards?
A: While we can’t guaranty that your drivers purchase only certain products and services on purchases at an Island Card Reader (Pay at the Pump), CITGO Business cards can be coded to prompt for Driver ID entry. This driver will then be identified on your billing statements for easy tracking. CITGO fleet cards can also have product and service restrictions placed on the cards. Q: Do you have credit cards that can be held by the CITGO location?
A: CITGO Business provides an “In-Store” card that is electronically coded for acceptance only on the point-of-sale equipment of the location that holds the card.
